This app in the ever-so-popular Microsoft 365 Suite can be your company’s new best friend when it comes to sharing large files. It is as simple as uploading the file to one drive and sending it via Outlook or a shareable link that is generated when the file is uploaded.
Step 1: Upload file via the upload button or simply drag and drop your large file.

Step 2: Select the file you want to share then click Share.
